K10 Psychological Distress Scale

A brief measure of psychological distress over the past four weeks.

The Kessler Psychological Distress Scale (K10) asks 10 questions about feelings commonly associated with anxiety and depression. It can indicate the level of psychological distress you have been experiencing, but it does not diagnose a mental health condition.

Private by design: your answers stay in your browser and are not submitted to or stored by Zoom Psychology.

Your K10 result

Important: The K10 measures general psychological distress. It does not tell you why you feel this way, identify a specific diagnosis, or assess suicide risk. A score is most useful when considered alongside your circumstances, functioning and a fuller clinical assessment where needed.
