Simple by design
Psychological support that is straightforward to access
Providing employee psychological support does not need to mean implementing a large or complicated EAP.
Zoom Psychology Employee Support gives organisations a straightforward way to fund confidential psychological care for employees. Your organisation establishes the service. Employees are given a private way to access it. When someone needs support, they book directly with Zoom Psychology.
The employer provides access. The employee chooses when to use it.
How it works
Three simple steps
Your organisation joins
Register online, review your organisation-specific plan and Service Agreement, accept electronically and complete secure Stripe payment setup. Standard registrations activate automatically.
You share employee access
Once activated, your organisation receives a unique Employee Support access code and a pre-prepared email you can forward to staff. Employees use the code to access the private booking pathway.
Employees book and receive support
Employees book directly and attend confidential 60-minute psychology consultations by telehealth. There is no consultation fee for the employee, and clinical care remains separate from the employer.
Support for work and life
People do not leave the rest of their lives at the workplace door
Employees can seek support for work-related or personal difficulties. They do not need to demonstrate that a problem was caused by work before accessing the service.

Confidentiality
Confidentiality is built into the service
Employees need to be able to seek psychological support without wondering whether what they say will find its way back to their workplace.
Zoom Psychology does not routinely provide employers with an employee's clinical information, diagnosis, treatment information, appointment content or individual psychological recommendations.
Information is only disclosed with the employee's consent or where disclosure is otherwise required or permitted under the usual professional, legal and safety obligations applying to psychological practice.
Employers may receive limited administrative and aggregate utilisation information necessary to operate the service, but funding an employee's care does not give the employer access to that employee's psychological care.
Professional service management
A service that is properly managed
Employee Support is backed by a dedicated service management system that keeps your organisation's access, consultation allowance, billing, reporting, agreements and contract lifecycle organised throughout the service.
Your organisation has its own service record, including contract dates, employee access, included consultation allowance, utilisation, additional billing and renewals. Employee appointments are securely attributed to the appropriate organisation so service use can be accurately accounted for while psychological care remains confidential.
Employers receive privacy-safe aggregate reporting that provides visibility over the service being funded, including overall utilisation, remaining included consultations, manager support use and relevant additional billing. Individual employee attendance, diagnoses, treatment information, clinical notes and appointment details are not included in employer reporting.
Subscription payments are processed securely through Stripe. Electronic agreements, executed contract copies, consultation allowances, additional billing, payment status, contract periods, cancellations and renewals are systematically tracked. This gives employees private access to support while giving employers confidence that the service is being actively and professionally administered.

Straightforward pricing
See what the service would look like for your organisation
The monthly subscription is $6 per eligible employee, with a minimum service fee of $150 per month, plus a one-off $495 establishment fee.
Your annual included consultation allowance is based on workforce size: approximately one 60-minute consultation for every five eligible employees, with a minimum of five included consultations per 12-month period.
Every eligible employee can access up to six consultations during the 12-month service period. If the organisation's shared included allowance is used, additional consultations are billed to the employer at $180 each. These charges are grouped after month-end and Stripe automatically sends one invoice to the organisation's nominated billing contact for that month's additional consultations.
The standard service is a 12-month agreement. More detail about renewal, payment failures, cancellation and continuity of care is available in the Employee Support FAQ.
Estimate your plan
The included consultations are shared across the organisation. Each eligible employee can access up to six consultations within the 12-month service period. Additional consultations are invoiced monthly to the nominated employer billing contact only after the organisation's included allowance has been exhausted.

Why Zoom Psychology
A more personal alternative to a traditional EAP
The service is deliberately designed around direct access, continuity and simplicity rather than a large provider-network model.
Direct psychologist access
Employees access a Registered Psychologist rather than navigating multiple layers before reaching psychological care.
Continuity
Where ongoing consultations are appropriate, employees can continue working with the same psychologist.
Australia-wide access
Telehealth supports employees in metropolitan, regional, remote and away-from-home settings.
Designed to stay simple
Clear access, clear pricing, confidential care and minimal administrative burden for the employer.
Who it suits
Particularly suited to regional and distributed workforces
Zoom Psychology is based in Albany, regional Western Australia, with Employee Support delivered by telehealth across Australia.
The model can be particularly useful where employees are spread across locations or may not have convenient access to local psychological services.
Clear service boundaries
What Employee Support is not
Employee Support provides confidential psychological care, but it is not intended to replace every workplace psychological or organisational service.
It is not a 24-hour crisis or emergency service and does not include psychiatric assessment, fitness-for-work opinions, independent medical examinations, workplace investigations, mediation, drug and alcohol testing, workers compensation reporting or medico-legal reporting.
Where an organisation requires services outside the Employee Support model, these can be considered separately where appropriate. See the Employee Support FAQ for more detail about how the service operates.

Give your employees a simpler way to access psychological support
