Confidentiality remains separate from billing.

The employer funds the service, but the employee receiving psychological care is the client. Employee clinical information is not routinely shared with the employer. Payment details are handled securely by Stripe and are not stored by Zoom Psychology.

Electronic acceptance

By completing the confirmations below, you are entering the Service Agreement electronically on behalf of your organisation. Your name, position, email address, date and time of acceptance, agreement version and the terms shown above will be recorded.

What happens when you continue: your electronic acceptance is recorded before you are redirected to Stripe. The agreement becomes executed when Zoom Psychology activates the service following successful payment setup, and a PDF copy of the executed agreement is then emailed to you for your records.
